Summary: Oni Tools Analytics is a private, internal tool operated by Oni Tools. It connects our own Google accounts and reads our data for reporting only. We do not sell, rent, or share this data, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

1. Who we are

Oni Tools Analytics ("the application") is built and operated by Oni Tools, a United States e-commerce business (onitools.com), under its technical arm Oni Labs. Contact: support@onitools.com.

2. What the application does

The application connects to Google APIs to read data from Google accounts that Oni Tools owns and controls, and presents that data as internal reports. It is read-only for reporting and analysis. It does not create, modify, pause, delete, or spend on any campaign, listing, or account setting.

3. Google user data we access

With the account owner's authorization, the application may read the following, for Oni Tools' own accounts only:

Google Search Console — search performance and indexing data for our website.
Google Analytics 4 — traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics for our storefront.
Google Merchant Center — product and listing status for our own catalog.
Google Ads — reporting data, including Keyword Planner and auction insights, for our own advertising account(s).

4. How we use the data

To generate internal performance reports and analysis for Oni Tools.
For research and planning of our own store and advertising (for example, keyword and search-volume research).

We do not use Google user data for advertising to third parties, for building profiles of individuals, or for any purpose unrelated to our own reporting.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, except limited service providers strictly necessary to operate the application (for example, secure hosting), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Access credentials and any cached data are stored securely with access restricted to authorized Oni Tools personnel. We request the minimum scopes needed, keep data only as long as necessary for reporting, and delete or revoke access when it is no longer needed.

7. Limited Use disclosure

Oni Tools Analytics' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8. Your choices

Because this is a private tool for Oni Tools' own accounts, the account owner can revoke the application's access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Questions can be directed to support@onitools.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
